22nd GECF Monthly Lecture

IEF Secretary General Dr Sun Xiansheng was honoured to be invited to deliver the 22nd GECF Monthly Gas Lecture at the headquarters of the GECF in Doha, Qatar on 5 April, 2017.

Dr Sun delivered a presentation on "Perspectives on Gas Market Developments for Sustainable Growth and Energy Transitions" to the gathered audience of Ambassadors, members of the diplomatic corps, academic, international oil and gas companies’ executives, businesses as well as senior experts and analysts from the gas sector.

Dr Sun shared IEF perspectives on gas market developments for sustainable growth and energy transitions. Recognising the scope for gas to contribute to growth and transition, the IEF Secretary General also looked forward to further exploring the potential for the IEF and GECF to work together to help overcome gas market challenges, secure an orderly energy transition, and a sustainable, healthy and affordable energy future for all.
