Secretary General Flores-Quiroga was a keynote speaker in this high-level gathering of Board of Directors of Mexico’s largest bank, which brings together over 800 industry leaders from all over the country. His presentation in the session “Mexico Post Energy Reform” focused on the known-unknowns behind the construction of energy outlooks, what they mean for investment and policy, and their relationship with the recent and historic energy reform in Mexico.
Other keynote speakers included Ben Bernanke, ex-Chairman of the US Federal Reserve; and Ian Bremmer, President of Eurasia Group.
