In the Forbes article data from the Joint Organisations Data Initiative (JODI) was cited alongside data from the US Energy Information Administration (EIA) without taking into account discrepancies in the way both organisations collect and present data and changes in the way some countries present historical data. Zack Henry explains these differences.
