The IEF Secretariat participated in the 3rd Asian Ministerial Energy Roundtable Meeting from 25-27 April 2009 in Tokyo, Japan. The IEF Secretary General, Noé van Hulst, gave a presentation in Session 3 on Enhanced Cooperation between Oil Producers and Consumers on 26 April 2009.
